Since moving back to Cambridgeshire, he has provided tax and accountancy services to a wide variety of local businesses and individuals. In 2005 David also qualified as an Independent Financial Adviser and now holds the Personal Finance Society’s Diploma.

Being fully qualified in all three disciplines of Accountancy, Tax and Financial Services, David is uniquely placed to advise clients on all aspects of their financial affairs. Having built his own business from scratch, David and his professionally trained team are also well placed to advise on the practical aspects of business development.

Since 2003, David has been a regular participant in the HM Revenue & Customs ‘Working Together’ forum for Cambridgeshire. This involves regular meetings between representatives from local accountancy firms and HMRC regional managers to discuss the practical application of tax systems and policy.

David is also the Hon. Treasurer of Friends of Peterhouse, an educational charity associated with his Cambridge college, which provides assistance to students in financial hardship and encourages able students from a less privileged background to aspire to a Cambridge education.

In his spare time David plays the clarinet and bassoon and is a member of the City of Peterborough Symphony Orchestra.
